Masscot’s old Kayako support website has been discontinued. We have a new, more powerful system which consolidates all of our services into one place. No more remembering many addresses and passwords. There are some changes however. The passwords you used on the old system will not work on the new system unless it was same password as your billing account. Your billing account password is now also your support password.  

 

1. Go to https://masscothosting.com/whmcs
2. Click on the LIGHT BLUE BUTTON on the FAR RIGHT of the DARK BLUE BAR at TOP OF PAGE.
3. IF you already have an account and know your billing password LOGIN using your BILLING EMAIL ADDRESS.
4. IF you don’t know your password click on FORGOT PASSWORD we will email you with instructions.  REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR NEW PASSWORD.
5. If you are NOT YET A CUSTOMER – CLICK REGISTER to open a new CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
6. Once logged in you can CLICK ON OPEN A TICKET in left column to OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET
7. Try clicking on other menu options for more info about your Masscot Customer account.

IMPORTANT:

Domain Registrations are in BETA MODE:  Feel free to try researching and buying a domain. If you buy a domain and you are unsure if it worked properly, open a support ticket. We will check it out. Once purchased domains cannot be returned or refunded so please watch your spelling.

Web Hosting Setup is in BETA Mode. Feel free to buy web hosting for a new site. If you do that please open a ticket and ask us to inspect what you did and we will fix it if anything went wrong.

Masscot Internet is based in and has operated continuously from West Yarmouth, Cape Cod, MA for over a quarter century. Since our business is online and our customers are located all over the United States and beyond we do not have a formal bricks and mortar office. We meet with customers by appointment, when requested, often at their offices. All of our equipment is located in a world-class data center in Lansing, MI, which our staff accesses remotely from their various locations.
