FIRST VISIT: Welcome to Masscot's New SupportSuite:

PLEASE TAKE A FEW SECONDS TO READ THIS:
After several months of research and testing, we have replaced our old Customer Help Center with a brand new state-of the-art system called Masscot SupportSuite. This uses the same software employed by some of the world's biggest companies such as Skype, Warner Brothers, Fedex, The Department of Homeland Security, Harvard University, and Hewlett Packard among 30,000 others world-wide.

Important Information:
If this is your first visit, you must first register and respond to a confirmation email to be able to use the Support Suite. Once registered you may log in to submit a new ticket.

Great New Features:

  • Once you open a ticket you may conveniently reply to it by your registered email account.
  • You can Chat Live with available Staff or leave a message if not immediately available.
  • We are building a searchable knowledge base to help you learn how to run your site better.
  • We are building a Trouble Shooter system to help you solve common web site issues.
  • When you open or reply to a ticket our staff are immediately notified by a pop up message on monitor.
  • SupportSuite is hosted independently and will be available even in the rare event that our servers are experiencing issues.
  • Important Masscot Customer News updates posted conveniently on the Welcome Page.
  • Links are provided to helpful services, information, and software.
  • You may download helpful software and manuals from the download area.

    HINT: When you arrive at the Masscot Support Suite Welcome Page add it to your browser's favorites list, or better yet, in Internet Explorer place your cursor in a Welcome Page white space area, and Click your RIGHT Mouse Button and select Create a Shortcut on your desktop from the pop up menu. That way Masscot SupportSuite will only be a click away when you need us.
